 Do I have to workout at a gym?

No! We don’t want you to accommodate OUR needs. We want to accommodate YOUR needs. Whatever your situation, we will leverage it to get you the best results possible.

 When will I see “results”?

This varies from person to person. We guarantee though, that with consistency and adherence to the plan we build together, you will see changes in body composition and health within 3-4 weeks.

 Do I need to be fit before I do this?

All you need before you start is an open mind, and a willingness to take direction. No experience required.

 What credentials do you have for coaching?

Our coaches are certified through OPEX Fitness, and Precision Nutrition, among other various forms of experience and education. The best credential is the 15+ years in the trenches coaching individuals.

 Do I have to lift weights?

While resistance training is a great way to improve health and facilitate weight-loss, at Satellite Fitness we believe in the importance of our clients enjoying the type of activity/exercise they do. We will work together to decide what is the best form of activity for you!

 Do I have to do conditioning?
